Tom and John formed their partnership in November 2006. After spending their first tax season together in an office John would say was a little "tight", they moved to their current location in July 2007.

Both Tom and John have many years of experience working with family owned businesses, including many farmers and ranchers. They are very familiar with the tax aspects of Corporations, Partnerships, LLC's, Trusts and Estates, as well as services for many individuals.

The main services they provide to their wide array of clients are: Tax Preparation, Tax Planning, Financial Reporting (Review and Compilations), Estate Planning, Business Consultation, Monthly Processing and Payroll Preparation.

Assisting Tom and John with the day-to-day client duties are Lynn Caldwell, a long-time employee of Tom's, and Kati Miller, who came on-board when Tom and John formed their LLC.
